Created by Andrew Fisher, a long-time and highly experienced member of the fitness industry. Andrew has worked across many areas of the fitness sector over the past 15 years and has a passion for creating healthy lifestyles for over 55s.
Vintage Fitness and Health is an emerging leader in the rapidly growing area of senior fitness. We understand that older people like to approach health and fitness in different ways. We aim to support that through providing a safe location where over 55s can have fun getting fit and build social connections at the same time.
