We focus on men and women over 40 who are looking to increase their fitness, strengthen and body, have more energy, increase their flexibility and calm their mind. Small group sessions take place at a private location in Mt Eliza (indoor studio and outdoor area) and each session is fun and interesting.
All fitness levels are welcome and it's a very inclusive and supportive environment. The sessions are tailored to suit the over 40's so there is a focus on results without the danger of injury or burnout.
The first 40 minutes or so of each session is focused on strength, agility and mobility and the rest of the session is focused on bringing the mind back into balance and establishing calmness through stretching.
