StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching and prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. Our paid Flexologist™ training ensures that our clients receive a world-class stretching session every time.
In order to qualify for this position you will need to be able to commit to between 15 - 20 hours of work each week, and you must be available to go through our paid training program (15-20 hours online, 2 day in-person, up to 20 hours in-studio).Â
We will be hiring 6-8 Flexologists to commence around November 15th with training starting shortly after.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients (full paid training provided)
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales conversion
Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Assist FOH and GM with studio tour and sales as needed
Clean and maintain studio and equipment as required
Qualifications:
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
Preferred background:
Massage Therapist
Personal Trainer
Physical Therapist
Pilates or Yoga Instructor
Sports science/healthcare field students
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client
Fitness certification at Level 3 or equivalent required
Fantastic communication skillsÂ
Able to have genuine sales conversations based on meeting client's personal goals
Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
 * Pay is based upon the General Fitness Award level 3a and may be higher or lower than the posted pay
