We are excited to be creating a new Start Up facility called Sessions 24.7 Gym to our the beautiful town of South West Rocks on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Sessions will be a locally owned, independent 24hour fitness facility boasting luxury coastal vibes; high end fixtures; Air-Conditioning, top of the line Life Fitness & Hammer Strength fitness equipment and Personal and Group Training. 

We are excited to be creating a space that is inclusive, welcoming and safe for all members of the community that have an interest in keeping active, improving mobility or simply love to socialise.

We aim to have a strong community focus and believe that balancing all of your favourite sessions is the key!
