This position will interest of freelance exercise instructor with experience of mature age fitness for women

Based in Paddington very near the city of Brisbane And offered in a church hall which will easily accommodate 20 to 30 and is only $20 an hour for rent of the room

The class can be made into your own currently we mix it up with Swiss Ball handweights Pilates yoga dance HIT and boxer size etc

Class is well established and has been running for 20 years I’m relocating into a different Area

This fun class offered at 6am Tuesdays and Thursdays or at least Tuesdays
